I received a call from this number last week, and once today, both times around 11:30am, both to my cell. I wasn't around either time to answer. No messages left. The first time I thought it was someone from Ottawa who I happened to be emailing with that day about a potential project. I just looked up the # and ended up on this page. There is another (US) number that I was getting regular calls from for a long time, but haven't in a few weeks.
